Families, Pets, and Smoking
FamiliesFamilies with well-behaved children are welcome. For the safety and comfort of all our guests,
children must be supervised by a parent at all times. Children under twelve are not allowed in the hot tubs.
PetsWe are unable to accommodate pets anywhere on the premises; however, there are boarding facilities
nearby.
SmokingFor the health and comfort of everyone, smoking is not allowed
anywhere on Stonehaven property.
Payment and Cancellations
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Personal Checks, and cash are accepted for reservations and payment.
- Payment is due upon booking.
- Cancellations preceeding 2 weeks of your reservation will receive a full refund minus a $25 service charge. Cancellations
within 2 weeks of your reservation will not receive a refund.
